Yesterday, the video of the day took us to the wonderful world of surfing today, however, we decided to plunge into the midst of so much snow! "Simply Good Times" by Enjoylaprod, shows us a fun and beautiful insight into a group of guys who practice snowboard.
Before going into the review, maybe you need a short introduction for those who are not insiders. Snowboarding is an extreme sport of sliding on snow, but there are different styles, such as freestyle, freeride, downhill and snowboarding.
The boundary between the various disciplines can sometimes be very blurred, so that normally snowboarders are divided between advocates of soft and hard enthusiasts.
Well, the video of the day, "Simple Good Times" shows us a young team to perform in various freestyle tricks, including jumps and spins of various kinds. We see riders intent on having fun in a beautiful snow park, a sort of playground on the snow, which are unleashed in the great stunts, expressing freely the extremer that is in them. The faces and the comments, you can hear in the background, it is clear the euphoria and passion of these young freestylers. Moreover, it is clear that for them the snowboard is not just a sport, but it is a culture, a way of life, which recalls a specific language, special clothing, and in general the perception of things around them.
The music keeps perfectly the pace of their magnificent performance, and in some sections, you can even hear the rustle of the wind and the sound of the table that slides over the snow. All grants and conveys a charming sense of estrangement from the chaos of the city to which we are usually accustomed to, and for a moment we can lose, by identifying with them.
